#2  THE MATERIAL RETURNED MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION FOR RESALE. WE WILL NOT TAKE BACK ANY MATERIAL ONCE USED.  ( NO EXCEPTIONS )

#3  THE MATERIAL RETURNED MUST BE SENT CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED. YOU MIGHT WANT TO SEND IT INSURED AS WELL IN CASE IT BECOMES DAMAGED IN SHIPPING YOU CAN BE COMPENSATED*.

#4  15% SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNS, OF THE TOTAL ORDER. 

We now offer a 3-year guarantee on all audio and video products we sell. If during the first 3 years from the original date of purchase, any audio or video product we sell shall be proven to be defective (excluding commercial use) we will at our option and expense, replace or refund the cost of said item or items. There will be no additional charge what so ever to the customer.

IF ANY OF THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED, A CREDIT OR REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
